The buyer will be required to take all of the goods included in the lot.
The lot's retail value is approximately $11,000.

Will AEP/Site load onto the buyer's transport? Yes
Known Concerns: No items/parts appear to be missing, however, the lot has not been inventoried to confirm that nothing is missing. If any items/parts are missing the seller will NOT be responsible for replacing any missing items/parts.

• PAYMENT must be received within fifteen (15) days of the date of the sale Contract.
