The cross bracing (as shown in picture) is included in the sale.
The metal strips at the bottom of the supports (as shown in the picture on the concrete) are included in the sale
The 120 Volt, single-phase fan (as shown in the picture) is also included in the sale. The fan is in working condition.
The coolers and piping under the carport (as shown in the picture) are NOT part of the sale.
Assembled Dimensions: 14 ft. Wide x 25 ft. Long x 12 ft. High (to center peak)
The carport is in good condition. It has very little rust, just around the sheet metal screws.
Carport is located in Roanoke, VA and is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS"
