Located in Elk City, Oklahoma; near I-40 and St. Rt. 6 on BJ Hughes Access Road.
All transformers are full of oil. All transformers are labled Non PCB and/or <50ppm PCB.
Buyer will be required to provide the equipment to load Buyer's trailer.
AEP will NOT provide loading or transportation.
