Long Description:
Lot includes the following utility vehicles:
- (2) Polaris Ranger 800 Crew Cab UTVs
- (1) John Deere Gator UTV
All three units are non-operational and have been sitting unused for over one year. Equipment is being sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers are encouraged to inspect the vehicles prior to bidding.
Known Concerns:
- Front shocks are missing from one Polaris Ranger.
- One Polaris Ranger attempts to crank but has multiple engine fault codes and does not run.
- The John Deere Gator does not run and has a punctured tire and bent wheel.
- Additional repairs and maintenance may be required due to age, condition, and extended inactivity.
Title Information:
- Vehicles are being sold with a Bill of Sale only.
- No titles are available.
- Buyers are responsible for determining title, registration, and licensing requirements in their state prior to bidding.

- TEST OPERATION of the item will not be permitted
- TAXES - The Buyer is responsible for any local and state sales taxes for the state where the transfer of ownership occurs. Sales taxes will be added to the purchase price and included on the invoice unless the Buyer provides a tax exemption or resale certification for the state where ownership transfer occurs.
- PAYMENT must be received within fifteen (15) days of the date of the sale Contract.
- REMOVAL OF GOODS must be completed within fifteen (15) days of receipt of payment.
